Because of the parameters of our booking software, we require a payment of 25% of the total reservation as a non-refundable deposit. We ask that you pay the remainder of the first night's balance upon arrival and for the other nights of your stay before 11 am each day.  

 

We also offer options of extra mattresses for groups exceeding the normal number of guests per room.  We charge a rate of $10 per person per night for accomodations over the normal room occupancy (example:  Three people staying in a private double room would pay $10 each resulting in a total payment of $30 per night for the room).
